Refund Policy

We have a 30-day Exchange or Store Credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit.

When returning an item for Exchange or Store Credit you will be charged a $30 restocking fee from the original credit to cover shipping expenses.

To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange/credit, just go to our contact page and tell us the exact issue so we can start the exchange/credit process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged or has issues you will NOT be charged a restocking fee.

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchange/Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange/credit, and let you know if the exchange/credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a gift card with $30 less then the original balance for use of the exchange. Please consider this process is manually done and can take up to five business days.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange/credit the item you have, and once the item is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
